At the beginning of this AI wave, the industry seemed to split into two camps. One camp jumped in fast—testing prompts, trying tools, moving quickly. The other camp stayed away—not because they were behind, but because they understood the stakes: privilege, confidentiality, accuracy, client trust, and reputation.
